AHS Administration 

In the spring of 2010, Ashland School Committee approved a structure change in the administration at Ashland High School to better serve the school's staff and student community.  Two new full-time dean positions were created to help the principal manage the day to day operations of the high school.  These positions are described below.

Principal - Kelley St. Coeur

The duties of the high school principal are numerous and include being involved in all facets of school operations.  The role is one primarily of leadership, and principal duties have greatly expanded in recent years to include course scheduling, evaluating faculty, counseling staff, and working with the school's Site Council to create, maintain and promote a positive, productive and safe learning environment.

Dean of Academics and Activities - Lauren Carreiro

The Dean of Academics and Activities is responsible for duties which include coordinating MCAS testing, approving and coordinating field trips, chairing the Student Handbook Review Committee and supervising the Social Studies, English and Physical Education departments.     

Dean of Student Services - Paul Massalski

The Dean of Student Services is responsible for duties such as coordinating special education services, maintaining the student database with respect to grade reporting and progress reports, chairing the Student Assistance Team, and supervising the math, science and unified arts departments.
